Fine Tuning for Promotions Not reflecting in "Promotions"

Hello Experts,

I am working on a Scenario of marketing using C4C.

I wish to customize my promotions as much as possible.

The following Fine Tuning Features are there in C4C :

I have Added the fine Tuning to the Project, and also Closed the activity :

I have made some customizations in this, like creating a New Promotion Types, Objectives and Tactics using the Fine Tuning, and I am able to see them reflecting in my Promotions under Marketing Work center. This means the Fine tuning is working fine .

Whereas I am not able to see any of the remaining Modifications such as Spend Type, Spend Method, Spend Category, Discount methods and the rest. Even the already existing Data in these settings are not seen anywhere in my promotions :

Since I am New to C4C, I am not able to crack it.

Can you please advice me on what I am doing wrong in this, or where to see these left out settings like Spend type/category, discounts etc, in my Promotions tab. Is there anything else I should do ?

I will be grateful for the same.

    Hi Srivatsan,

In addition to my previous post, incase you want to create new Promotions in C4C, you have to enable the same in BC scoping as below. Once this is done, you will get a New (quick create) option for Promotions in C4C.

    Hi Vatsan,

As far as I know, there is a Trade Spend facet in the Promotions TI (as in screenshot below) wherein all the details you mentioned appear and new entries can be added. However, this tab will only appear if you have added it in SAP CRM in the corresponding entry. You cannot add any new entries from Promotions directly in the Workcenter view. Hope this helps.

    Hi Srivatsan,

    Sorry for delay in reply.

Is your First Implementation project in business configuration closed already? If not, what is the status?

Is this a test or production system?

    Regards,
