Approver's Remarks - e separation

Dear All,

Almost implemented  e separation module  however in HR Professional e separation approval screen,whatever Reporting Manager (First approver)  remarks updated is not visible to HR person.

Help me  where to find the same, is there any configuration to enable it.

(if manager updates Note, which is working fine).

refer approver screen shot, my requirement is to bring this approver's comments visible to next approvers.

HR or Administrator can open any request and check the status details.

There is Approver List and Administrative Data parts in that applications.

Check the application HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_AD and HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_HR.

Now HR is able to see all approvers comments with date and time.

However, please find my requirement mentioned below and request to help me,

Here the scenario is , we have 5 levels of approvals as below.

Approver 1: Reporting Manager (MSS)

Approver 2: HR Person (HR Prof)

Approver 3: Cheif Manager HR (MSS)

Approver 4: Genaral Manager HR (MSS)

Approver 5: Chairman (MSS)

Reporting Manager should see his own Comments,

and remaining members should see each others comments. Let me know how to proceed further.

In standard it's not like that.

What ever comments approver mentioned during approval it will be visible for next level of all approvers.

In case if it's need to be hidden then there is option notes where individual approver/ employee can create and control it either to visible only for him or for all people who ever involved in this process.

But here, if approver selects options only for him to display it will not display to any others.

For your requirement, you have to enhance the application HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_RM in Webdynpro component HR_EA_C_RQDET to hide other people comments.

I Think i did some mistakes in Role Creation since i have below roles, out of which CM, GM and CH roles are not able to see employee details.

Reporting Manager (MSS) - A002 relationship

HR Person (HR Prof) - A095 - relationship

Cheif Manager HR (MSS) - ? not able to see separation details - need help

Genaral Manager HR (MSS) ? not able to see separation details - need help

Chairman (MSS) ? not able to see separation details - need help

Please help me to resolve it.

Actually i had created roles for SR-Sr. Manager, CM-Cheif Manager & CH-Chairman though they are all MSS users.

SAP standard has RM -  Reporting Manager, EE - Employee , HR - HR Person. here wherever i used RM, EE, HR they are able to see Separation reason details (see Image 1).

Wherever i used SR,CM,CH those MSS users are not able to see those reason details. (see image 2)

Need your help to enable reason details for newly created roles (SR, CM, CH).

For your custom roles you need to maintain the fields for all type of actions in table V_T77WWW_EATFE. Go to table V_T77WWW_EATFE and check the standard like RM/HR/AD roles.

But why you want to use custom roles. If you maintain the subordinates and relation ships to their reportees like RM they also can create the request.

my doubt is cleared now,

Actually here we have 6 approver levels, out of which 1 HR role remaining all are MSS users(RM roles).

Here client requirement is, if Employee initiates  his reporting manager will approve (RM role) then it goes to HR role.

after this i am using CM role, GM role and CH role because whatever HR person discuss/attach it should not be visible to RM. and client may attach or add note to CM or GM or Chairman and not to RM.

another thing is i need your help since CM , GM & CH are custom roles, if HR attaches or adding notes either to CM or GM or CH custom role its not visible to them. is there any config i missed?
