Hi Khalil,

makes absolute sense: in order to drive adoption and collaboration you should provide quick and direct access.

This can be achieved pretty easily by setting up single-sign-on (SSO) for successFactors and providing deep links to Jam e.g. on an intrante portal, in emails, etc.

If you need an introduction to the topic of SSO and SuccessFactors or SAP cloud products in general we have recordded a meet-the-expert session for SAP customers and partners. The session "Web-based SSO for Cloud Solutions: Overview" is available in the SAP enterprise support academy and can be easily found in the SAP Jam cloud value map in the set up section of the Jam group. Please sign up for the Jam cloud value map at http://support.sap.com/valuemaps to access the recording.

Hope this helps,

Ingo

Hi Khalil,

did you already have a chance tp register for the value map and look at the recording mentioned above? I guess the recording should clarify the most important questions and explain technical as well as process questions i.e. how to request setup of SSO for your instance through raising a support ticket.

Thanks,

Ingo

Beside the SSO scenario that Ingo mentioned it might already be sufficient to define SAP Jam as the start page of the user.

In that case he still logs on through SuccessFactors, but he automatically gets send to the SAP Jam page and will never see the SuccessFactors Homepage.

You can set your start page from the Options menu in your account settings on the SFSF home page.

hi Christian,

thx for your replay. yes but when the User Click "Option"  (to Change Password for example)  he gets send to the Success Factor page...

my Client don´t like that

so i understand that we can´t eliminat this Option?

best regards

No, you can't change that. The user provisioning and passwords aren't handled in Jam directly. They are either in SuccessFactors, or in a connected IdP as suggested by Ingo.
