SAP Standalone Ticket tool (Lotus Notes Ticket Verifier)

Hi,

I've read in the Ticket Verifier documentation about a standalone ticket tool which can be used for debugging, and also combining multiple portal certificates into a single PSE file. Does anyone have this tool, or know where I can get it from?
