SAP Cloud for Customer Social media analytics by Netbase


Hi Experts,

I have been trying to explore SAP Social media Analytics by Netbase integration with SAP C4C. I have few questions in mind:-

1) Has SAP and Netbase partnered again? as I read that SAP is no longer in partnership with Netbase but still in website of SAP C4C

we can see SAP Social media analytics by Netbase description.

2) Explanation about how does social media analytics work? As per my understanding that tickets created by social media analytics channel will contains blogs and other topics based posts related to our topic set in Netbase So what is the use of this analytics from reporting point of view.?

3) Why does social media analytics channel setup asks for only twitter channel to choose? What is the need for it?

4) How can I analyze the data received from this channel in relatime?
