Hi Ramesh

Did you check these links and the note 1386141 - There is no iView available for system "XYZ", object "ABC".

This is actually a known error and majorly concerns with the roles assigned to the user in the Portal side as well as backend . Refer these links and see if it helps and you could also refer note to see if you could implement the latest patch . If nothing works  please raise to SAP .

Hi,

If you are using portal, please read my blog to analyze the issue in your system:

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-54512

Usually this is caused due to standard iview not assigned to portal role.

Ivy

Hi Ivy,

As per your thread I am trying to change/edit business object properties. That moment I am entering into the Business Object it showing following error.

The business object cannot be edited. It was created in another locale.

Hi,

In my blog, I suggest you assign the target iview to the portal role, not modify the business object.
The error you have is from portal side which needs to be analyzed by portal expert. It is related to OBN.

Hi Ivy,

I have assigned the target iviews related to the RFx response into strategic purchaser role. But it showing same dump. And I am tried to preview the iview by logon to portal using admin credentials. The iview itself showing the dump.

Ramesh.

Hi,

please consider raising an SAP incident to report the issue. I am afraid that we have to check this in your system. Anyway, there is no bug for this.

Ivy

Hi Ramesh

Could you please confirm if the proper roles have been assigned to the user ?

Please follow the way described in the Note 141140 to check if the Objects 'Bid Details &'Display Bid'
&'Create Bid Response' are added to the user in the portal .

Best Regards
Yu Feng

Hi Yu Fend,

The following role is assigned to the user in portal- com.sap.pct.srm.suite.ro_strategicpurchaser

I have gone through the Note-141140. But I did not found proper root cause. And please explain the objects you proposed- Bid Details, Display bid & Create Bid response where to assign.

Ramesh.

Hi Ramesh

Sorry , I just meant 1411104 (to add iview to role)

Could you please check whether the iView
'com.sap.pct.srm.core.iv_display_rfq_qte_resp' has been added to the roles that were
assigned to this user.

Please also confirm if the follow roles have been assigned to the user :
/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE

/SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER (SRM 7.0 role )

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER (SRM 7.0 role)

Best Regards

Dear Ramesh,

Could you please check if you have maintained system alias name as SAP_SRM  in your portal where system object is created.

Thanks

Hi Shuvrajyothi,

System alias is already assigned to the system object. And also connection test(Connector, WebAs, ITS settings) working properly. Still same issue.

Ramesh.
