Workflow entry missing for an event...

Hi All,

In our business process, for an incoming mail, an Interaction Record is created. However, in a specific case, email is received by the system (Checked in SOIN), but no workflow items were found for that event (in SWi1). Also, I'm unable to search the mail in Web UI in Agent Inbox.

Can anybody let me know what might have caused this issue or how to debug it?
