Hi Sunil,

The environment variables will resolve your current error.

But take into account that your backup team needs to restore the system otherwise you will run into problems in the future with the user having been deleted. Remember during installation the user is created in the registry with unique key entries e.t.c. so you cannot just recreate the user as such.

Kind Regards,

Well, I think, it is not only about removing the sybid user, somehow few of the files are also deleted. Can you tell me if you see in SYBASE%\%SYBASE_OCS%\dll directory?

Check if these library files are exisiting? Else ask the Windows Adminstor to restore each and everything, rather than partial scenes.

Dear Sunil,

Try executing isql from the path where is resides.

ie :

C:\sybase\<SID>\OCS-15_0\bin\isql

Does it work?

Also please cross check if the sybsid user have given/reverted with all the necessary privileges as before/
