performance tuning for GRC 10.1 AC & PC

Hello Experts,

We are migrating PC 3.0 and AC 3.0 to GRC AC 10.1 and GRC PC 10.1 on top of Netweaver 7,4 ABAP stack. The GRC systems are hosted on  Red Hat Linux on VMWare

We are using latest SP-1 for AC 10.1 and PC 10.1 as of today.

I would like to know if there are any best practices and performance tuning to be done from SAP parameters & DB Parameters level from basis side.

Does GRC 10.1 requires any tuning from Satellite system(ECC,SRM,BW) as well for optimal response time to RFC calls from GRC systems?
