Hi,
is it possible to get report from probably Audit database where I can see all users/groups and rights which they have?
Which universe, folders, reports etc
If not - how can I do it?

Audit will not get you these results. You can login to CMC and run a security query on the users/user groups or use SDK to get the results.
I used Security query but it's not exacly what I want to get. Because I'm not familira with SDK, do you know external softwer to get this information?
3rd party software does this job for you. Products like 360 from GB & Smith or APOS products.
