Object save if internet connection lost

Hi pros,

What hapens with Service Request if I lose internet connection while editing Service Request?

I guess that C4C is not able to save the object in such a case. So the next time I open Service request I would only see the last saved version.

This mechanics causes a big problem for our customer since their employees can hold 2-3 service requests opened without saving for a while. And when C4C is logging them out by timeout (or due to internet problems) all unsaved data is lost.

If there is no way to prevent that is there at least a way to detect such unsaved service requests?

Best regards,

Nadezhda Rukavishnikova

    Hi Nadezhda,

Requested feature is not available in C4C.

There is an offline feature for iPads, however, it is not yet supported for Service Requests.

You can raise it as new requirement in Ideas forum.
