Service Manager does not show any DB (B1 9.1 SP05 SQL2008 MS Windows server 2012)

Hi,

I need to solve this urgently, stuck on installation. SAP Business One 9.1 SP05.

The Windows server is 2012 and SQL server 2008r2

I am on the server machine, and when open Service Manager does not show any databases.

I have disabled firewall.
