Hi,

please try this:

1. set user parameter wcf_ignore_enhancemt value A and test if the issue still occurs.

2. please do the same operation in a standard business role, for example, SERVICEPRO , to check if the same problem still happens.

3. need to know exactly for what object type the system is trying to get in the OP mapping. set breakpoint in method CL_CRM_UI_NAVBAR_SRV->GET_NAVIGATION_INFO_FOR_DESC to see what object type it is.

Best Regards, Corrine

Hi Syed,

If you have set the above parameter and still you face the same issue, looks more like a product bug. Recommend you to raise OSS for this issue or you may look for some note.

Hope this helps.

Ruby.

Does the problem happen in standard business role like SERVICEPRO?

Hi Syed,

Tasks and Activties are standard transactions. Navigation must work. Did you do any customizations here.

Can you try to navigate to tasks linked with Accounts/Contacts from transaction history and check once.

Regards,

Ruby.

Hi  Ruby,

Thanks for reply

Yes I tried from Interaction History Assignment Block in Account Management as well but as i click on Task hyper link nothing happens and no document is opening. Similarly , if i search Task list in Activities and click on respective Service Request Doc maintained in Transaction History of Task , then nothing happen . No transaction is opening

If i am testing same steps on Sales Business Role then it is working fine

Please guide

Thanks
