Hello All

We want to transfer Employee from one company code to another company code in India in between Financial Year.

Both company code belongs to same Country  but different business.

1.Please let me know what are all factors to be considered before Changing employee to another company code?

2. Also please let me know is there any provision to change company code in between Month Also?

Hi,

Do Action type " Employee Transfer" from old CC to new CC. Mid of the month is not advisable.

if you want the Emp new number then Exit in the old CC and re-hire/hire in the new company.

All its depends on the Business needs.

From July2016 need to change another company code and run Payroll

What factors should be considered for this?

Hi,

Then Do Transfer Action on 01.07.2016 to New Company Code. No need to change anything else.

Hi SK,

For that you need to enable multiple form 16.  Please check the Note 500871 for the same.
