Permissions Override window

If I try to do something I'm not authorized to do in SAP, this window comes up. The problem is that I can't close it. If the window was full-sized I could just click on the "X" in the top right to get rid of it. But this image (attached) is all I can see of the window and I don't know how to resize it. Can anyone help? Thank you

I never see it, but can you press Esc to close it?

or you have already press all buttons, but no one work?
