Hi Guys ,

Can anyone please suggest me for How to Export data from SAP HANA Table to CSV file or any other options available for export data from SAP HANA .

Please guide me . Appreciate your quick response.

Hi Lavneet,

1. Right Click on Table which you want to export (under catalog node) and Select the Option "Export"

2. In Column Table Format - List box, Select the Option as CSV and Mention the Location where you want to Export and Click Finish.

In the mentioned Location, File will be exported with data.

File name will be data.csv

-> Open data preview of table from Catalog

-> Save as file - Delimited text file as shown below

Hi Lavneet,

1st step :- Write the query 'SELECT * FROM <Table Name>'.

2nd Step:- Now go the result tab of the above query and Click on the top row and then press 'Shift + End'. In this way you can select whole result set.

3rd Step:- Now right click and select the option 'Copy Rows'.

4th Step :- Open a excel sheet and paste the data.

5th Step :- Now change the data from Delimited to normal format in excel sheet.

In this way you can export the data.
