Unable to login into the CAL Instance

Hi Experts,

I have created the CAL instance for the IBO System and then performed to connect the system through RDP option as the below screen shot.

And providing the login details that is generated in the AWS System by uploading the PEM file for the IBO Instance.(Get Windows Password)

But unable to login into the Remote desktop system for the IBO Instance.It Showing the message for the wrong Credential.
