Hi,
I have maintained all standard settings for controlling integration in ECC and CRM. After releasing service contract getting error “Error occurred during Profit Center determination”. Internal order is not creating. I can see the entry of service contract in transaction code IAOMC (ECC).
Any help be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Nikhil
Hi Nikhil,
I think you are going to trigger some processes in ECC system for service item, spare parts, expense items for which must be cost and revenues posted to a assigned internal order.
I assume that created internal order has no profit center or has probably a dummy profit center for relevant company code.
For example you trigger a purchasing in MM for a spare part The determined profit center for internal order is the dummy profit center for relevant company code.
Now the used material has a cost element which has an other cost center as default account assignment. Now this cost center is assigned to an other profit center as assigned to the internal order.
In this case the solution that you setup master data so that the same
profit center is derived for internal order and purchase order item.
Please note the determined profit centers to internal order must be
compatible with which is determined in in ECC backend processes.
Concerning the determination of profit center to internal order you can
do it in CRM or in ECC in CO.
Please consider the Customizing for Cntrolling in tegration with Tx. SCRM on ECC side as well.
Best Regards
Gerhard
