I have custom workflow developed for pricing approval,
i have moved the workflow to the production environment, where i have noticed that even though the workflow is triggered the agent assignment is not getting take place, i have tried to go the attributes and tried to assign it as general task but the changes are not getting saved, so that in the task screen against the agent button the icon is not getting turned on to green.
please let me know how to solve this problem.
Thanks
bhargava
Hi Bhargava,
General task settings is generally saved under Customizing Request.
So along with Workbench request (For Workflow), check whether customizing request also has been transported.

Hi,
if your able to view the attributes task in Edit mode its should turn the Agent assignment to Green.
Instead of doing it manually in each environment its better to follow the Transport process.
IN Your Development system perform below
Go to : Transaction Code RE_RHMOVE30
Object ID = this is your Custom task
Check only Transport check box and provide the Transport number.
and run the program it will capture the Task entry in table HRP1217 and transport this to your production.

Krishna
