Library functionality lack use of folders?

Hello, we are in the implementation process of C4C, multi-company configuration, we want to use functionality library, we need to create folders inside library, nor can define security profiles, to make Possible to define Library spaces for Company (for a group of user) and maintain independency between our different companies that are going to share files inside the C4C Library. Any advice ? Thank You very much.
