RSO404 error - dso activation

Hi all,

I am trying to activate the DSO (0FI_GL_O10) in a BW system (7.4) but i got the RSO404 error and I can not see more info about the error.

Data source is activated and the infopackage is also created on the system.

In the SU53 i see an authorization fail related to S_RS_ISOUR object ( workbench - source system 3.x) but i do not know if this is the reason.

Could you please advise me about this?

Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,

at which environment your facing this issue?

    dev system or production system?

if its dev system, then try to activate another dso and see.

whether its gives same error or not.

Can you use program and activate dso.

    SE38 - RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE.

    Thanks

    Raman

    Hi Javier,

Check Note 1740740 - Error when creating the export DataSource and dependent Objects

    Hope this helps

      Hi Javier,

      As a initial fix,

Goto Change Mode in DSO, you will find check button beside the activation button above. OR Goto Menu--> Datastore Object and check.

When you check this, it will display if there are any inconsistencies in the DSO. With respect to these messages you can correct them accordingly.

      Thanks,

      Jai Ganesh J
