Manage Permission Roles and Permission Group in the BizX Platform

Hi dear community,

I have a Question about admin roles in Jam (BizX Platform):

it is standard that we can create just oner Admin who can manage permission Roles and Permission Groupe?. we have already a Admin who can manage the Permissions but we want to add another Admin. when we do that and grant him the same permission as the another admin, he can´t manage permission although he is a admin?

so it is possible to have more than one Admin who can manage permission?

Hi Mounir,

it sounds like your question is about roles and permissions in SuccessFactors Foundation (formerly known as BizX platform), and not about SAP Jam.

In SAP Jam you can define multiple company administrators. But we don't have a concept of roles and permissions in Jam that these company admins can manage. Therefore I guess you ask about BizX.

I'm not the expert in BizX. I suggest you have a look at the BizX documentation: Foundation – SAP Help Portal Page

i´ve tried to join the community but it is impossible now...

Hello Christian,

I hope u can helpe me in this Issue:

What can i set, that the Content in Jam (Example: Power Point Document) is "read only"?

we have a Jam Project and the Customer want to make sure that the User are not able to download the Content.

You can manage this on group level inside Jam.

See chapter 7.2.3 in our group admin guide:

I have another Question please

in the Admin Guide ist that public groupes can be viewed und joined bei all of the Company Users? i´ve create a groupe with a normal User and when i log with the Admin User i can´t see the groupe although it is public..?! i´ve loocking for in the Setting but i found nothing that relates to this issue.

you won't see it under "your groups" of course until you join the group.

To find it either use "browse all groups" under the "groups" tab or just use the search at the top to search for the group tlittle or any content within the group.
