Workflow workitem completed but Result processing step not shown.

Hi All ,

Can you please guide me on following .

The Workitem shows its completed but the' result processing ' statement is not shown and I am not able to identify if user as approved it or No , Currently the WI is not present in users inbox that can be seen .

I have attached both success case and failure case to this discussion

Failure : 'Result Processing is not shown here ' so the workflow is not getting completed and the WI is also not in users inbox.

Can you please suggest what is the issue ?

Hi All,

This issue was figured Out.

Workflow was stuck in approval process and we restarted it via SWPR .

Check in the swia if multiple approvers exist for the particular step.

Hi Kaustubh,

Let us know the frequency the issue. If sometimes happening try checking t-code 'SWPC'. If your parent workflow workitem present there go with "Continue Workitem".

I have checked it and is NOT present in SWPC, (for WI 's that are in under process status . ) Any suggestions ?

Hi,

I see there is a Fork step,whether that is configured for all branches to be completed or any one of the branches?

if this is for all branches completion i.e processed work item will no longer appear in inbox and WF will be completed once other branch is completed.

I can see one of the Approval is missing in Sub workflow but as per user he has approved and when I checked in swi5 its also not present in his inbox not showing in his agent .

What may be the problem if he approved still its not moved ahead

I have checked it , it is waiting at this step and not gone to either of furter steps. So this did not help me .
