Hi Experts!
I am setting the Time avaluation - Standard w/clock time ( must be standard to present before and after). Already set up overtime by adopting aproved overtime in IT in 2007. However, the warning message that the employee did overtime not appear into PT60 or PT40.
I check table V_T555E but nothing happens. I have some bad parameterized thing? Overtime appear on PY and everything seems to be fine.
Can you help me? I know this has to do with the T020 rule however, still do not understand the rules yet.
So, what is the reason for the "Employee at work although OFF! not appear?
Thanksss!

If you look at pcr TE20, you can notice that there 4 occurrences of Operation COLER, each of them linked to a different Message, and one of them will generate an Error (COLER02E).
If you want a message each time an employee works Overtime, you can create your own Message and generate it through a Custom pcr.
Check table view V_T555E to see if the message "Employee at work although OFF" is created for more than one PS Groupings and under more than one Message Type.
Then use program RPDASC00 to expand your Time Evaluation Schema, with all it's PCRs, and search for Operation COLERxx, where xx represents the Message Type.
Once you locate in which pcr the message is generated, look at that pcr and try to make one for Overtime on a "regular" work day.

but if i have overtime on saturday, the system sends a message. However, if the employee does two more hours than normal hours per day working the system does not send message ..
