Equipment NO. in work order header data is not getting triggered?

Hi All,

Initially, I created a notification for functional location & order assigned and put into process. Order created & released for that notification.

Later, in notification i added equipment & saved, this equipment though it is viewed in objects tab it is not visible in order header tab.

Following screen shots are for your reference.

In above eqpt. No. is visible

In above , equipment field is empty i.e not visible.

Now, requirement is i want to view the same in Header data also.
