How to Upload Word file to update Long text of IMA11 T-Code?

Hi Gurus,

Previously business user usually copies the Word contents and paste it to Long text. But know they are using third party tool to create Appropriate Request and long text.

They are placing the Word file and we are picking up from location.

Now What I'm doing is.

1. FM GUI_UPLOAD with BIN type and getting the tlines.

2. FM CREATE_TEXT by passing parameters and tlines.

When I'm checking the long text they are like chines or some other languages.

But I need like below screenshot and also tables.

Please help me to resolve this.

Long texts in SAP are plain text, you can't "embed" Word format in them and expect it to look like a Word document.

I'm not sure what is available in this transaction specifically but really doubt what you are trying to achieve is feasible in the long texts.
