deadline monitoring for SAP workflow IW31 transaction

Hi,

I had created a workflow for IW31 transaction to trigger an email using BRF+ when a maintenance order is created using IW31 transaction.

Now I want to activate dead line monitoring for this , if the maintenance order is not completed with in two days deadline monitoring needs to be activated and another email should be sent to the same group.

I had gone through the below link and I think this creates dead line monitoring for every work item

Please suggest how to achieve this. also I want to send email via BRF+ when the deadline monitoring is reached
