Hello Everyone, I encountered this issue recently. I was importing data that had multiple date columns: Start Date, End Date, & Another Date field. I couldn't get past the modelling stage because BOC wouldn't let me set "date" as a dimension for more than one column. Another question is, if have separate columns that says the day of the month, the month, and the year, how would I treat them? Dates? Generic Dimensions? I would appreciate your advice on this topic!
Hi Mohammad,
You could make that into a hierarchy in the data import section I believe.
A small sample of your data would be best. Seeing is believing
Thanks

Hi John,
My apologies for not getting back sooner. It is confirmed that BOC does not support multiple date dimensions in a single model. Here is a screenshot (seeing is believing right? lol)
I tried putting the other date columns as a hierarchy under the other/main date column but that option is not supported. The only way to go about this, which is unfortunate and sad, is to convert the date to text and then set it as a generic dimension.
