What is use of Load balancing while using RFC destinations

Can you please let me know if i can enable Load balancing while creating RFC destinations in SM59 what will happen and what is use of it?

And what is difference b/w connection type G and H as both are related HTTP destinations for External and ABAP? and when we are going to these
