Hi,
We just started to implement Predictive Analytics at our client side and I am unable to connect to the server via the Remote Client 2.5 tool or through Model manager 2.5. I can login into model manager but when i try to connect to a server I cannot do it
Even if i enter the right credentials and the right host names i cannot connect to the server. I used both the hostname and host IP but niether of them work
I am not sure where i have the error. I checked my admin credentials in the model manager and it does have access to connect to servers.
Thanks in advance
The Auth Servers have been shut down and that was the reason i couldn't connect. Once the Services are restarted on the server, I am not able to connect to the system.

Hello,
Can you please refer to my previous answer here?
If this does not help, I would suggest to create a technical support ticket with SAP support.
Thanks & regards
Antoine
Side-note: Just wanted to highlight that we have a 3.0 version freshly released with Predictive Factory replacing the Model Manager. I encourage you to take advantage of the newest versions.

Hi Antoine,
Thanks for the link.
I am able to ping the Host and DNS names. So i dont think connection is the problem
However I found the below are my Target for Remote Client 2.5 in my machine.
Is this right or should I change it
"C:\Program Files\SAP Predictive Analytics\Client 2.5\EXE\Clients\KJWizardCORBA\
KJWizardCorba.exe"
-ORBInitialHost localhost -ORBInitialPort 12345 -authenticated
