Insert graphic as long text in Preventive Maintenance Order

Does anyone know a way to insert a graphic into the long text of a Preventive Maintenance Order?

Hi Tamara

Yes you can. Go to the LONG text editor, use the menu path Include --> Graphics

These are stored in the document server.

Thanks for the information.  However, that's only including images that are stored in the SAP system.  Is there any way to include them without having them on the system already? Like insert from your desktop?

Hi Tamara

Not at the long text but at the Order header, you can attach files/graphics by using SERVICES for  Objects. (Just below the Green ENTER icon on the top left you can find Services for Objects icon).
