Workflow - field update issue

Hello,

I have added a custom field in Contract and I need to set up a workflow to update this field at Create Only trigger point. But when I go to field list in there I don't see my field visible for any update purpose.

Is it a problem or do I have to post this on ideas page for even a custom field?
