'Loosing' layout look in FBL1N transaction

Hi,

end-users are complaining about loosing the look of particular layout and switching to default look, in transaction FBL1N. I am not sure why is this happening. I usually "solve" this issue by saving that particular layout the way it look before. I must note that this is *not* user-specific layout and it starts with /.

Any help is appreciated and many thanks in advance.
Sam

Hi Samnovice,

Check in menu bar >settings>save> save fresh one with description and select user specific and give description then save .

Once you do freshly in user screen then it will be appear properly before that delete all old layouts.

Hi,

idea of creating new is interesting but why would I se 'user specific' option if I *don't* want it to be user-specific, I would lik eit to be available for all (/) users?

Hi Samnovice,

If you create user specific means layout will be specifically applicable for single user only or els

it will be applicable for all user and one more word if any one will change the layout means it i will be reflect to you and rest of all also.

So always  prefer user specific layout for user visibility purpose.

Hi Sam,

Have you selected default layout? And also check in layout management for check who changes last for the layout.

Hi,

when user goes to Choose layout (Ctrl+F9), he chooses the right layout but look of that layout is like default one instead of custom (particular) layout look.

I checked who had changed layout last time, it was back in 2012 year which is not true because I changed it one hour ago.
