CV01N - Linking a PDF to Sales order - File cannot be Accessed error - help

Hi guys,

I have an issue using CV01N - I link a PDF drawing to the sales order, just as everybody else does in the office.  It all seems to work fine.

But when I go to VA02 enter the Sales order, go to extras/documents at the top, I can see the PDF, upon double clicking to open it I get the following error message. 

Some others in the office get this, and some don't.  It also seems that others cant open a PDF that I have linked. If I go to the location where the image is, I can open it no problem, but something goes wrong when I link it to SAP and try to open it!

Can anyone help?

Try SU53 for an authorisation review first.
