Condition Type

Dear all

I want to config Pricing Procedures with a Condition Type, this condition type:

When i click button "Display Pricing Condition" in Sales Order system automatic display in column "Condition Type" and " Name"

Other column as Amount / Condition value ... will input manual by user. (see more in picture)

Can you help me
