In both promotion or transfer either separately or combined together, the same infotypes are requied in infogroup. IT 1, 7, 8. For promotion, you may need others like travel privileges, etc. There may also be country specific or customer infotypes.
Many organizations use just one pers action as Org Re-assignment.
In infogroup, INSS may be applicable only for certain infotypes.
