Transition from marketing and Customer Service career to SAP CRM

A brief about me: MBA by education, Having 9 years of work exp in marketing, sales and customer service.

i am looking for a transition to SAP CRM. How can i go about it as in SAP everybody looks for experience. how to make changes in resume to make it look worthwhile.
