SP3 Flavours getting frozen when opening in edit mode

Hello Experts, Some of our flavours are getting frozen when we try to open in edit mode . We tried to increase the memory from 20 MB to 30 MB(Setting a parameter) but still no luck. currently , we can not work with any changes we want to make to some of our flavours . Kindly suggest. Hi Sushant, I am in touch with sap support guys and trying to get the permission to send flavour to sap . But meanwhile check this information message in console. best regards, pradeep.

Hi Sushant , Also I don't see this message for flavours that are getting edited successfully. Only for flavours that are getting frozen we have the message that I sent to you . Kindly suggest. Your help is much appreciated . Best regards, pradeep.

can you do this?

goto personas admin and create a copy of your flavor.

Then remove history in the copied flavor

and then try to edit this flavor.

i would recommend you open a message with us so that we take a look.

Based on your snapshot of console, seems there were no errors, so may be your history has increased a lot, its taking time to enter edit mode (you can just wait and check also in chrome).

Thanks sushant . We can not use chrome here ,only IE is allowed .I have already created a message with SAP and we are waiting for permission to send the flavour to SAP to see if they can open it from SAP side. Thanks very much  for your help . Best regards, pradeep.
