SAP B1 9.2 port forwarding to public IP

Hi Everyone,

Is it really required to port forward the Public IP to the internal IP of the SAP B1 Server for it to access B1 outside premise?

I'm having difficulty in accessing B1 outside network.

I already edit external mapping address to add the external IP but with no luck.

I hope you can assist me on this.
