in EWM how to set ODO item fields to allow manual input?

Hi experts,,

in our EWM system(v9.2) I found the ODO item fields , for example gross weight field under additional quantity tab ,this field is grey and unchangeable ,with value determination indicator 'C'.

I spent a lot of time but still didn't find, maybe it's simple can you please share?
