How can I delete InternalCommunication?

Hi experts,

     How can I delete InternalCommunication?

     When I delete the InternalCommunication, in studio, raise:

    

     InternalCommunication is running, even I delete the solution, why?

     It is urgently.

Hi Bin

this means your custom project with this internal communicatio is in maintenance mode thus you cannot delete the internal communication.

However you can effectively disable the internal communication by returning false inside the relevance determination of the internal communication.

This is also possible if in maintenance mode.

     Could you tell me where I can search the running internal communication in system, because I delete a solution,  but I test the internal communication can't be delete, it is running.

ok, sorry, I mised the part about the solution already being deleted.

In this case I am afraid you need to open an incident to have support solving the issue for you.
