HRIS Sync/UDF Load

Hello Members

Few employee groups are being migrated to Employee Central. In the same time, there is a different group of employees who use performance management. For these employees user data file is manually loaded for filling employee profile.

Once HRIS sync is scheduled, can I still continue with data load for these employees as I do not want them in employee central now.

Yes you can, but you need to be careful not to do it during employee loads.

What is possible is that for new employees or changes to employees (data changes or making inactive) you load a UDF template with just the concerned employees and not all employees.
