HCP Trial Hana MDC - wrong credentials

Hello all,

I am working on a small HCP project, where the data is stored in a Hana MDC DB.

I have successfully created the database, setup the roles, and could connect to it over REST APIs (xsodata).

After a couple of days, when trying to connect to the DB over HCP "SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench", I keep on getting "Login failed : wrong credentials." When trying to connect to the "Catalog", I get a frozen screen with a "loading" bar, not loading anything at all...

Any ideas around that?

Hi all,

somehow my issue got solved.
I am unsure wether too many calls with invalid credentials temporarily disabled my SYSTEM user, but after 24 hours, it worked again.

Hi Sven,

Can you try to clear your browser cookies and test once. For Login Failed, can you please suggest if you are using the same user details which you use for Cockpit or is it different???

Hello Nagesh,

deleting browser cookies did not help.

As for the credentials, I am using "SYSTEM" and the password that was used for creating the Hana MDC. This worked fine last week. In the meantime, the MDC was stopped and I restarted it on Monday morning. After that, I had these login issues.
