Wage type country grouping change from '99' to '24'

Dear Experts,

One of our client has planned to upgrade from International payroll to Saudi localization. In that case we have around 300 wage type with country grouping 99. Do we have any options to copy the existing wage type from MOLGA 99 to MOLGA 24(Bulk process)? If yes, then how about the processing & cumulation classes mapping to be done.

Kindly let us know the possible options.
