Ridiculous Response Time

Dear Experts,

Recently we got a shocked data regarding total and average response time thru ST03 in our Productive system.

As you can see below for example:

These million seconds of average response time is a crazy thing and not make any sense, as we do not have any performance degradation.

The fact is the system is running very well without any performance issue, and there is no complaining from the users at all.

Is the above thing related to 'kernel-upgrade', since we found this error after upgrading SAP kernel to 600.

Please advise.

ST03 high average response time could be due to many reasons. Some known issues are fixed in the following SP level of sap basis.

Hi Rudi,

Recently, I face the same issue where random transactions response time where ridiculously high in ST03.

Kernel upgrade solved it.

You can check for regression notes on the present kernel release and patch level to see if SAP has mentioned something on this weird response time behavior.
