SAP Project - Scrum / Agile / Kanban / Quick Analytics - What is Best for Business

Hi All

I one of my latest discussion where I was quizzed for SAP Project Management ....

I was asked asked a question that what is quickest in which we can deliver value to client requirements and what your thoughts around this

I boldly made a statement that SAP should move ahead of ASAP now and look for techniques like Scrum Agile or Kanban

The quizzer was bit 😕 by answer and was keen to know how can this be done by laving blueprint open.... The discussion went on for a long time but we both couldn't agree on stand

While leaving the quiz i thinking that defiantly SAP would have thought something on this and am keen to know what is that which which takes SAP line line with buzz words like Scrum Kanban Agile ... need a thought
