Kindly let me know about the 'content admin' access.

where can we find this ?

what does it mean exactly?

what's the use of this after BO report development?

Please help me over this.

Ram,

     I am assuming "Content Admin" access is setting up proper permissions / security to the objects that you have now uploaded to the BI LaunchPad. The BOBJ Administrator need to set-up proper groups and level of access to the Objects. 

• What users/groups should only have Read / Refresh / Print permissions?
• What users/groups should have edit permissions ?
• What users/groups should have create permissions ?
• What users/groups should have access to Universe ?
• What users/hroups should have access to what Applications / Tools ?
• Complete security for Content, Applications & System

Your BOBJ Administrator needs to set-up proper Security and Access Rights within BI, see below high-level
