Grid missing after popup on Portal

Hi all,

We are facing an issue with a transaction Z, this report has a dynpro and displays an alv grid which has some buttons in each record that display popups windows with some information and YES/NO option, after decision we go back to the  ALV information, this is working fine, the problem is when executing this same program via Portal, when we clic some button we got the popup but the background screen with ALV information it appears empty, we lose previous information so when the decision is made, we don't see any information, the ALV is missing, any idea why?

Please make sure that it works with SAP GUI for Windows. The difference is probably a bug (cf SAP notes, if Nothing then open a ticket). But I think this kind of display should work in other standard transactions (please verify), so it could also be due to a "bad programming", i.e. it's programmed in a very unusual way, and the ITS service transforms the dynpro into HTML incorrectly.
