Internal error in program SAPLCKMLMVCONNECT in position L001 (RC = )

Hi Experts,

After activation of Material Ledger receiving subject error while posting goods movement to previously created (before ML activation) production orders via CO11N or MIGO.

After initial drill down, found that system trying to fetch KALNR_PROC from table CKMLMV013, however this table does not contain such information for pre ML activation orders.

I found a note, lil close to my issue (0001491895), got it implemented, still no luck.

In same way, when i open such orders in order analysis report, get error message:

System error: PRODUCTION_PROCESS_NOT_FOUND SAPLKV02 0000002341241 where system try to fetch information from table CKMLMV001, same way, this table also not having any information for KALNR for such orders.

I tried updating table CKMLMV013 via FM CKML_ORDER_CONNECTION_UPDATE & 

table CKMLMV001 via FM CKML_MGV_PROCALTN_DB_UPDATE, as a result, everything went fine, no error on MIGO or CO11N or Order Analysis Report. But i m not comfortable with this workaround, i hope there must be a standard run to update these tables.

Please guide,

we are currently at ECC6 EHP 7, SAP_APPL SAPKH61711.

Hi Tayyab,

Unfortunately there is no standard run to update this table.

The missing link to ML can be found by running report mlhelp_order_connect_check in test run mode.

The update run needs to be performed by SAP. You need to create an OSS incident for this.

In general, you need to close all production orders before ML activation and create new ones after activation.

have you run ckmlcp for previous period ? suppose you have implemented ML in June16 then you have to run ckmlcp for may16 at the end of may...
