Solution Manager 7.1 is completely configured in 2015, everything looks good till yesterday but today it is showing like SM_intern_ws user was locked. Can any one suggest me possible solution? or troubleshooting steps

Have you unlocked the user and updated the password using solman_setup already
did you check below note as well

is it still getting locked?

Login to SOAMANAGER->
Web configuration
Check for connection proxy
CO_DIAGSTP_WS_AGT_SMDAGENT_MON
and maintain the correct password for SM_INTERN_WS for all services which it is used.
